cooking experience: cooking courses

In our historic osteria in the heart of Franciacorta, cooking becomes an experience to be enjoyed together. With Roberta, the hostess and guardian of family recipes, you can rediscover the pleasure of conviviality: preparing traditional Brescian and Lombard dishes with your own hands, then savoring them accompanied by a fine glass of wine.

Each participant, wearing their own apron and at their own workstation, will be guided step-by-step through the preparation of dishes for a complete set, from starter to dessert. The cooking class lasts approximately two hours, followed by a shared dinner. Our suggestions:

  • Classic Course: fresh tagliatelle, beef in oil, tiramisu
  • Traditional Course: potato gnocchi, stuffed rolls, sbrisolona cake

The dishes prepared will be served and shared, accompanied by excellent Franciacorta wines, in a warm and authentic atmosphere, among the stone walls and historic charm of the Trattoria del Gallo in Rovato.

Upon request, we offer cooking classes for private or corporate groups, also in English. These events represent an ideal experiential training opportunity for companies looking to improve their work skills while having fun in a creative and collaborative environment. Kitchen Team Building activities enhance teamwork skills, rediscovering the pleasures of conviviality, cooking, and shared creativity.
